He’s joined by P Brown, a seasoned panelist judge known for shaping artist, whose stern critiques hide a deep investment in discovering new talent. Dru Smith, Lil Bankhead’s savvy manager who’s unpredictable taste, cryptic comments, and no non-sense critiques style. The Kelvin Special rounds out the panel, delivering comedy and surprising musical insight in equal measure adding levity and unexpected depth is fan-favorite comedian The Kelvin Special, whose razor-sharp moments with contestants provide comic relief resonance. But, the wild card is “Industry Shae,” the avant-garde A&R whose unapologetic brilliance leave contestants and viewers guessing. Shae doesn’t just judge, she curates futures.
